Yes. Your employer is legally required to contribute towards the cost of you getting independent legal advice on a settlement agreement. In most cases, their contribution covers our fee in full — so you pay nothing.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within hours during business hours. If you submit outside of working hours, you'll hear from us first thing the next working day.
What happens after I submit my details?
A specialist employment solicitor will review your situation and contact you to discuss your options. If you've already received an agreement, we'll review the terms and advise you on whether the offer is fair.
Can you help me negotiate a better deal?
Absolutely. If we believe your offer could be improved, we'll advise you on how to negotiate and can handle negotiations on your behalf. Many clients secure significantly more than the initial offer.
What if I haven't received an agreement yet?
