- The solicitor responsible for your matter
- How to make a complaint
5. Fees
Under UK employment law, your employer is required to contribute towards your legal fees when offering a settlement agreement. Our fees are paid directly by your employer, making our service free to you. In the rare event that your agreement doesn't include a legal fees clause, we will discuss this with you upfront.
Any fee quotes provided are estimates unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.
